Do you agree with me, that lonely people more that others created the blogs? People need to published all thoughts to some platform, because they haven’t got opportunity to deliver with friends, parents, partners, relatives.
In my case, the situation is not the same, but a bit similar. Sometimes I experience negative emotions and it is in such moments that I want to share my thoughts and reasoning. And what is most interesting – in such moments, all thoughts are structured and beautifully folded into beautiful sentences. After I started my first blog, I realized why many great writers and poets wrote in periods of depression and melancholy. When you experience pain, resentment, disappointment, injustice you want to write than in moments of happiness. In the moments when you’re happy you don’t think about anything, especially how to write. You’re just happy.
I started a blog so I wouldn’t keep all my thoughts to myself, so they wouldn’t pile up and turn to stone.
When I describe something that bothers me on paper, it ceases to bother me in real life.
It helps me to be stronger, because I deal with all the problems myself. It’s great to have a blog where you can write whatever your heart desires.

No wonder psychologists advise their clients to have a personal diary. They say that after writing in the diary , patients get better. The main thing is to keep the frequency of writing.
I would like to advise everyone to start if not a blog, then at least a personal diary, so that your health was even better.
