“I have been loving classical music for a very long time”, I would say if it were true. Recently, after watching a great movie, I realized that classical music is so beautiful. Now I listen to classical music when I do my homework, I clean, I cook and sometimes before bedtime. Today I will tell why classical music is useful.

Each of us, I think, heard about such a concept as music therapy. But exactly how music has an impact on a person, probably, not everyone knows. I would love to tell you about this unique and wonderful ability of music. The fact is that our brain absolutely does not accept high-frequency sounds, they act irritably and depressingly. However, classical music, on which, in principle, all music therapy is built, contains these very high-frequency sounds. Moreover, it also has a fairly large wavelength, which, alas, our brain is simply not able to catch and perceive. That is why many, having learned about treatment with classical music, simply forget about this method. I would not advise so quickly to recognize the music therapy method as hopeless, because many studies have proven the beneficial effects of classical music on the human body. I think it’s not worth talking about such well-known facts as an increase in the amount of milk in cows for which Mozart’s music was playing — they are known to everyone. And in Japan, for example, they baked bread under Beethoven and his Sixth Symphony, and the bread eventually had a unique, indescribable taste. The influence of classical music on the human body is that when listening to the classics, our brain begins to generate theta waves, which in turn lead to improved memory and concentration, but more on that later. Each music separately can have a certain impact on the listener.
Slow pleasant music of Bach, Vivaldi, Corelli and Handel will give a feeling of security and create a harmony of body and soul. Under such music it is great to perform any classes and work, it calls for order and stability.
When you need to remember something and strain your memory, increase the concentration of attention as much as possible – the indescribable music of Mozart and Haydn will easily help, because the music of these composers is distinguished by clarity, melody and transparency.
But the compositions of Schumann, Tchaikovsky, Chopin and Schubert, on the contrary, are more expressive, sensual, passionate. If you lack confidence in yourself, you give up before a serious meeting, I advise you to listen to the tunes of these composers, and your voice will not falter at the right moment.
Many people suffer from such a common problem as insomnia. Before you swallow pills with sedative, try to take a nap to the music of Ravel, Favre or Debussy. Their compositions, like the accompanist of the sweetest dreams, are melodic, gentle and pacifying.

And when you make sure that the influence of classical music on the human body is still not a myth, feel free to proceed to the next stage, called music therapy.
