How is self-insecurity born?

As psychologists say, everything comes from childhood. All complexes, absolutely all fears and illnesses. If a person is not self-confident, it means that in early childhood the child was not praised, did not show love, did not respect. Or maybe it is that none of the above, maybe the child was simply ignored. It is for this reason that it is important for parents to properly educate their children from birth.

We will quickly move on to one and the most important step towards self-confidence – self-knowledge. You can not get rid of the problem without realizing and seeing it. It is very important to find the source of the problem. You can keep a diary if the problem is not obvious. Then analyze all the thoughts and events of recent days, weeks, you may see cause-effect relationships. And then start thinking positively about yourself, about the changes that you want to make in yourself. Think about what is stopping you from changing or taking a new step, are these restrictions real or are they just invented by you.

Another good way to increase self-confidence is a hobby. It is proved that people who play sports are less likely to suffer from depression. Sports make us happier, that’s a fact. Together with sports it would be great to choose a hobby, so you will feel more confident. For a start, interval cardio workouts will do, and after some time, you can add strength training. A mood in the morning can lift even a light charge or yoga.

Even as a bonus, I can advise you to depict self-confidence. It is possible that you are not confident enough now, but you may behave as if you are the best version of yourself. By showing confidence and thinking about the best outcome you will contribute to the fact that confidence will become your habit. a positive attitude corresponds to a favorable external situation, and confidence will appear by itself.
