Negative emotions have their place. To be afraid and avoid them is just silly. In psychosomatics, every emotion that you muted in yourself can turn into a disease. Based on my own experience, I can say that this is 100% true.

CREATIVITY. Be creative, even if you have no abilities. Draw, sing, dance, learn poems, take pictures, edit videos, write articles / books / interesting notes.
